From the architectural project the permit is based on to the fire safety documentation, in all thirteen districts of Muğla. Our team prepares the projects, coordinates every discipline and follows the application through to approval.

What we prepare
Extensions and alterations
Projects for extensions, substantial alterations and changes to an approved design.
Fire safety projects
Escape routes, detection and alarm, extinguishing systems and emergency lighting, designed to the national fire regulation.
Fire department report
Preparation for the fire department's compliance report (itfaiye uygunluk raporu) needed by hotels, restaurants and other businesses.
Applications and follow-up
Submission to the municipality and the other authorities involved, answers to their comments, and follow-up until approval.
Occupancy permit
The documents for the occupancy permit (iskân) once the building is complete.
The process

First review
We look at the title deed, the zoning status and any coastal or conservation limits on the plot, and tell you what is possible.

Survey and soil report
The site survey and the soil and foundation report are commissioned from licensed surveyors and engineers.
- 03
Projects
Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and, where required, fire safety projects are prepared and coordinated.
- 04
Building inspection
The projects are reviewed by the building inspection firm (yapı denetim), as the law requires.
- 05
Application
The application goes to the municipality; we answer its comments and follow it through to the permit.
- 06
Construction and occupancy
During construction we stay available for revisions; at the end we prepare the documents for the occupancy permit.

The exact list depends on the building, the plot and the municipality. At the first meeting we give you the list for your project.

- Identity document, or a power of attorney if someone applies on your behalf
- Consent of the other owners where the plot is shared
- For an existing building: its permit and approved projects, if available
- For a business: details of the business and how the space will be used

- Site survey plan (aplikasyon krokisi) by a licensed surveyor

- Landscape, lift, insulation and fire safety projects, where required
- Commitments of the project authors and the supervising engineers
- Approval of the building inspection firm
Fire safety
Fire safety is designed into the project, not added at the end. Hotels, restaurants and many other businesses need the fire department's compliance report for their business licence; some buildings also need it for the occupancy permit.

Coast and protected areas
Much of Muğla lies in coastal zones, Special Environmental Protection Areas or conservation sites. There, further approvals from the relevant boards and authorities may be needed; we check this at the first review.
